What can I return?

Items may be returned in any of the following conditions:

Received in damaged condition

Has missing quantity

Has less than 20% of remaining shelf life

Is different from the description listed in the order details/ product page of the website

How to return items?

Return has to be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Product should not be marked as non-returnable.

Product should be returned in the same condition as received without any tampering of labels, packaging, etc.

Where can I view status of my returns?

Go to My orders> Return> Return status to check the status [It may be updated with exact configuration in the platform.]

How will I get replacement/refund?

All returned products would be replaced with the same product within 2 days of the return acceptance.

In rare case where we are unable to replace the products, we would refund the amount within 7 working days from the acceptance of refund request.
